What do you recommend to build my web site?
There is no set application, you can use: Macromedia Dreamweaver,
Ultra Dev, Frontpage, homesite, etc...
What Frontpage version do you support?
Our servers supports all extensions: Microsoft Frontpage 98, 2000,
2002, and 2003. Basically all versions.
Do you have servers that support CGI, PERL, or PHP?
Currently we do not have any unix/linux servers to support these
scripts. However, check back regularly. We are planning
on having unix/linux server very soon!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
You may also pay by check, but this will result in slower activation
times. Additional information may be found on our Order Form.
Where will my server be housed?
Your server will be housed in a concrete reinforced, cement block
colocation facility with redundant local power feeds, Generator
and UPS power backup, FM-200 Fike Cheetah fire suppression system,
and Liebert Air Handlers. The facility is protected by multiple
stage entry points, as well as video, and security personnel. Currently
our servers are located in Southern Florida & Southern California.
We will have more servers in the USA as we grow!
Do you allow SSL (Secure Socket Layer) if I've already
got the certificate?
Yes. Just email our tech support with your certreg.cer file and
we will insert it for you.
What are my POP3 e-mail configuration settings?
Your Incoming and Outgoing mail is "mail.advantagecity.net."
We've made it very easy to remember and use in Microsoft Outlook.
Do you have "Catch All" mailbox addresses?
Yes. Let our support know what name "alias" you want and
we would be more than happy to add it.
Would you design & develop my web site for me?
